· A cult of personality is often found in dictatorships. It develops and occurs when a country's leader uses mass media to portray a heroic and extrodinary public figure. Usually, cult of personality occurs most often in regimes with totalitarian systems of government.

· Also, The Personality Cult is frequently known as the Secret Speech or The Kruschev Report, given by Nikita Khrushchev on February 24 and 25, 1956.

· In the 20th century, the best known personality cults arose, since the developoment of photography, film and advertising allowed the political leaders to project a positive image like never before.
